Bruce W. Schnitzer

Managing Director and Chairman

  • From 1977 to 1985, Bruce was a senior executive and Director of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (NYSE-MMC). He served as President and CEO of Marsh & McLennan, Incorporated (the world's largest insurance brokerage firm) from 1983-85 and as Chief Financial Officer of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. from 1977-82.

    Prior to joining Marsh & McLennan, Bruce was a Vice President at JP Morgan/Morgan Guaranty Trust Company (1967-76). His last position at Morgan was Vice President and head of Mergers and Acquisitions.

    Bruce is a director of several Wand portfolio companies. In addition he is the director of ProSight Specialty Insurance and is Chairman of the Institute of Human Origins.

    Bruce graduated from the University of Texas, Austin in 1966 and received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas, Austin in 1967.

Eliza Gairard

Managing Director

  • Eliza has been working in private equity for 24 years. She has spent over a decade at Richmond Hill Investment Co., an investment management firm that opportunistically deploys capital across a wide variety of industries and asset classes. Eliza previously worked at The Carlyle Group and Greenhill & Co.

    Eliza holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and graduated magna cum laude from Colby College with a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Financial Markets.
